Mental Health Awareness Week

May 4 - 10, 2020

In a world that is increasingly opening up to and understanding those with mental health issues, it’s no surprise that Mental Health Awareness Week is now a firmer fixture on calendars. Organized by the Canadian Mental Health Association, Canada BTB is proud to support this cause.

 

Mental Health Awareness Week is all about increasing individual and societal awareness. We aren't there yet but most Canadians agree we are on our way to eliminating the stigma surrounding mental health issues, which is a huge barrier to individuals accessing help.
